New Moon Message for February 1, 2022
“Now is the time when the cosmos––the sky, the moon, the stars, the sun––and the earth cease to become entirely separate. They are never entirely separate, of course, but that’s how we view them. That’s how we view it on earth. That’s how we view it from an earthly perspective. It makes sense of course because life in the sky seems so far away when you are rooted to the ground. Life in the sky seems so far away when you stand on earth looking upward, face turned to a light that you may understand internally but that you’ve never experienced so close while in your earthly body.
Why do you want to dull your light, dampen your energy, instead of letting it burst forth? In the cosmos surrounded by stars there are no restrictions. There’s no way of being that is expected or right. It just is.
You just are. You might flicker and shine brightly one moment and burn a little lower the next. You might travel so quickly, unhindered, or you might experience gravity’s pull. It just is.
The energy you’re feeling now is indicative of a closeness, a coming closer, a sort of ‘bridging the gap’ between earth and sky. It will feel wild and erratic and exhausting at times, but overall it is an energy of deep love and expansion, transformation, and of visionary life. Step into it. Don’t be afraid. It is within this energy that you will feel fully activated, fully yourself.
We spend a lot of time talking about the cosmos, we know. It seems you want a message for earth—for your life here on earth. As you have already felt perhaps in your own life, and in the shift of energy recently, there is much to learn, there is much to experience in terms of balancing a relational way of being with your own existence. On earth you experience separateness to a profound degree. An advanced degree. It is within this separateness that you have space to grow, to construct a sense of self, to learn to honor your soul even while relating to others.
Life on earth is challenging, you see, because you are separate, and yet, part of a web of connections, of relationships, of expectations, of societal rules and ways of being. Often, though, what occurs as you try to navigate community, relationships, and society is an even more profound sense of being separate: different, alone, lonely. Lost.
In other space, your soul is always part of something bigger; we are all always together, even while your soul is one individual soul. It’s a difficult concept to describe, but essentially, you are always simultaneously individual and unified.
Individuality is different from separateness. Separateness is what your soul does not experience in other space. It is what it does experience on earth. It is important to understand this because it will become less and less so. As earth and sky come together, so shall separateness shift into unity on earth.
But it will not always be easy. There are those for whom unity is a frightening concept. A foreign concept. Open your heart to them.”
